What I assume is happening here is that the game tries to run facemaker.exe in the MagicTG folder, which is where you choose what you character looks like. When you click out of the error message, it resizes again and the screen is a jumbled mess. The screen goes black and presents an error message. If you hit Start New Game, choose your difficulty, then choose your color, it freaks out. What's not so great, however, is when you try to play the game. So the game runs windowed, which is great. It allowed the game to run windowed! However. BitDefender was indeed blocking DxWnd, so I added exclusions for that. You know, for some reason I didn't even think to check my antivirus, which was really stupid of me. P.s.2: the game icon in the DxWnd main window and configuration panels is telling that the game path can't be wrong. After the game / DxWnd crash, pelase grab that file and post it here.
